Will there be something else organised instead of the IETM Tromsø Plenary Meeting?

Yes, we are currently working on finding alternative solutions to hold some key sessions through online means. We will update you with more information as soon as we can. 

I was supposed to be a speaker/moderator at IETM Tromsø, what should I do?

We will be getting in touch with you in the next few days with more information. 

Registration

I have paid a registration fee for IETM Tromso, will I be reimbursed? 

Yes, we will be reimbursing all the participation fees in the next 20 days. If you paid by bank transfer, we will reimburse you using the same account details you used for the payment. If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded directly on your credit card. If you don’t receive your participation fee back by 2 April, please contact us at ietm@ietm.org.

Do I need to unregister myself for the meeting?

No, we will cancel your registration for you. 

Travel grants

I have received a travel grant to attend IETM Tromso and have already booked my trip/hotel, will I still receive the grant?

Yes, we will pay the grant according to the amount we committed to cover. We will get in touch with you in the next few days for more details.

Pre-meeting trip

I already paid my participation fee for the pre-meeting, can I get a reimbursement?

Yes, we will be reimbursing all the participation fees for the pre-meeting trip in the next few days. You will be refunded directly on your credit card.

Next IETM meetings

Are other IETM meetings going to get cancelled as well?

We are currently carrying out a risk assessment in regards to our Satellite meeting in Galway and to the IETM Campus in Belfast and will update you as soon as possible. The announcement of IETM’s autumn plenary meeting will be postponed by a few weeks.
