HowlRound.TV is a global, commons-based peer-produced, open-access live-streaming and video archive project. Its mission is to break through geographic isolation, promote resource sharing and commons-based infrastructure, and to collectively develop knowledge and connections with others in the field. Besides getting an insight into the radical impact and value of such a project, you will learn how live streaming technology works and what equipment is needed.
