How can artistic events / projects play a role in reclaiming public space, which is often intentionally neglected or removed from public domain and privatised, or which became dysfunctional? What new and/or old functions can they offer to public spaces? How can public space inspire artists and how can art leave its mark on public space? How can art meet and engage a new audience by stepping out of the black box?
