Participatory art practices group
Can participatory practices model new forms of citizenship? Who owns the art created in participatory arts? Can we create more space for communities to self-organise their own projects? Is the artist the instigator? The author? Or the witness? Or perhaps something or someone else? And do we need to know it before we start? This sub-group is designed for professionals active in the field who are willing to gather together and discuss their practices.
