Artistic walk 3: Dopolavoro programme
Davor Mišković from the Dopolavoro (“after work” on Italian) programme will take you on the walk through some of the locations in the city centre that will be used in the programme. Dopolavoro is dealing with former and current work types and conditions, emphasising the relationship between work and technology, which is deeply ingrained in Rijeka’s industrial and technical heritage. Artists and researchers were invited to contribute with performances, media works, public sessions and street activities to the programme content. Throughout exhibitions, theatre and opera, as well as entertainment spectacles, accompanied by a rich publishing programme, topics of work and new technologies will be tackled.
Davor will introduce some of the attractions linked with the Dopolavoro programme with a strong participatory and engaging component like an interactive robotic installation that responds to the presence of the viewer or a hydraulic interactive sculpture which mimics the human forearm and fist and has a glove-shaped control console in which visitors can put their hands. Also, through “Oblomo” installation and exhibition, a financial ecosystem that rewards laziness will be established, and lazy people will be rewarded in the form of Oblomo Coins.
Maximum number of participants: 30
This artistic walk is wheelchair accessible.
