How can a stage be translated into a writing desk whilst maintaining all of its elements? In Bad translation, Cris Blanco transforms the digital world into a physical one, and virtual objects into real ones. That is until breakdowns in the process reveal how much is being lost in translation. 

Through a mix of performance, music, cinema and theater, Cris Blanco distorts the meaning of signs and objects to make science and fiction the protagonists of her works.
