Call for participation : Paid professional training in theatre workshops facilitation and artistic mediation
PRESENTATION OF THE EX.TRE.M PROJECT
EX.TRE.M(EXcellence in TheatRE with Migrants) is an Erasmus + project, the European Union’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
Supported by 7 associations in Europe (Italy, Belgium, Germany and Greece), EX.TRE.M aims to use theatre as a tool for social integration and personal development for young people from a migrant background in Europe, in order to meet the challenges of inclusion and intercultural dialogue.

• Definition of objectives ;
• Emphasis on the pluralistic identity of migrants ;

• Preparation of a public presentation.
The workshops will also include contributions from players in the socio-cultural sector.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The course will be given in French and English.
The workshops will take place between January and June 2025, one weekend a month, for a total of 12 days (location to be determined). A final presentation of the work will also take place in May 2025, at an EX.TRE.M presentation event in Brussels.
Following the workshop, the young people will be helped to find an internship in socio-cultural and socio-artistic associations in Brussels. Participation in the workshop will be remunerated in the form of a volunteer’s allowance. This means a grant of €41.48 per day of participation, i.e. a total of €497.76.
