Visits to Ukraine for cultural and performing arts professionals
proto produkciia agency, along with partners, is organizing the second edition of exchange visits to Ukraine. During the first edition, 30 performers, cultural managers, curators, visual artists, art critics, and producers from Spain, Germany, and France joined the program. You're welcome to explore the recent photos from the visits.
This year, there will be three visits for European cultural professionals:
- August 5-11
- August 26–September 1
- September 16-22
We welcome curators, performers, cultural managers, journalists, and art critics to join the program.
The agenda includes curatorial tours and local workshops in Kyiv, public discussions, networking events, and optional trips to other Ukrainian cities (Odesa, Kharkiv, and Vinnytsia) to network with local artistic and cultural communities.
Practical information and conditions
- We’re covering travel costs, accommodation, meals, and all expenses related to the activities.
- There is no participation fee.
- The focus of the agenda is networking and building connections for future collaborations.

Safety
- Safety is our priority; therefore, we will conduct a safety briefing regarding air raids, provide first aid kits, and insure participants.
- All accommodations and events will be organized in locations with nearby bomb shelters.
However, traveling to Ukraine, a country in a state of war is not entirely safe. Unforeseen accidents can occur.
