IETM Innovate Cultural Policy Event - Online Webinar - 25 January 2023
IETM wants to take a leading role in advancing the fair and green transition of the performing arts sector. From 2022 to 2024, our focus lies on one topic a year to further the network’s agenda and solution-based thinking.
In 2022, fairness and working conditions in the performing arts were at the top of our agenda, shaping the content of our meetings, policy work and research. We introduced new formats for activities, such as our new Focus meeting, held in April for the first time under the title Fair Enough?. We then introduced our Innovate Cultural Policy Event which was held online on 25 January 2023 under the title 'Which side are you on?' Ideas for Reaching Fair Working Conditions in the Arts.
