Both the online and physical participants will break out into working groups to discuss the 3 topics addressed by the keynote speakers:

1. Europe

After an analysis of the current situation regarding the political, aesthetic and organisational aspect of Europe, we want to identify the most urgent needs for the next steps and share ideas on how to proceed.

2. Diversity 

Which efforts have been made, which solutions have been found to increase diversity within the teams and the audience? How can the topics around diversity, inclusion and participation become top priority (again)?

3. Future

Clapping is not enough. Especially during the pandemic, the fragile situation of the independent arts sector has become painfully obvious. But many formerly sacrosanct rules have changed overnight. Where are the options within this new fluidity and how can they be used?
