Ass Kombat advocates for the elimination of genres. Women are squeezed into an imposed category that implies invisibility, violence and control. As a fight against sexism, Ass Kombat urges us to remember how our grandfathers used to hit our grandmothers.
Patrícia Pardo’s company investigates the blend of traditional and contemporary circus. Using as many artistic tools as possible, they aim to parody social inequality and heteropatriarchy.
