SLOW #03: KIN <> BRU
For each SLOW (Slam Our World) session, KVS invites an international slam artist to Brussels. This time, for SLOW#03, a slam poet from Kinshasa will offer a unique artistic perspective on our world through spoken word and theatre. Slam is a particularly popular way for engaged artists in Kinshasa to share their vision of society, daily life and politics. After a research residency, the Congolese artist will share the stage with Belgolese rapper Pitcho Womba Konga and other Brussels-based artists in an attempt to capture the colourful, multi-faceted soul of the city in verse.
