Autóctonos II - Ayelen Parolin
A quintet of a pianist-composer and four dancers, Autóctonos II questions the position of the group and “belonging to a group” in our society of endurance, indifference and productivity. Both abstract and "mathematical”, the piece bases its writing on the physical tenacity and commitment of its performers. Autóctonos II aims to reveal the system’s fractures, human frailties, and test the group's instinctive herding force. This warrior-like strength, potentially, just as much a force of exclusion as a force of resistance.
