Between Mobility and Migration, where do Arab Artists go and why?
The Arab Spring and more particularly the wars and conflicts that followed it prompted the biggest migration wave since the Second World War. How has this displacement impacted artists from the region? Are they able to artistically flourish being away from the homeland? Has this affected the international mobility for Arab artists? What can Arab countries and organisations do to retain local artists?
