Horizons – perspectives, policies, power
As a follow up to the Voices of Africa group in IETM Glasgow 2010 this working group brings a level of discussion and awareness to the issue of culture and race in relation to Western countries. To see in reality how arts organisations, arts leaders and institutions have developed their perspectives, interacted and interpreted arts policy and re-organised the idea of creative power. To reveal challenges and good practice within Europe to inspire others and ourselves to create concrete possibilities and support/proposals.
