This choreographed interaction between man and machine is based on the finding that it is impossible to determine how humans understand the notion of time and their relationship towards it. A joint analysis of the understanding, perception and the meaning of time revealed what the West presently defines it as a high-speed life in which the individual has to permanently fulfil excessive demands.

Ceren Oran (Munich) was born in Istanbul in 1984 and moved in 2006 to Salzburg to study contemporary dance at SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance), after 2 years of studies at Yildiz Technical University Art and Design Faculty. Since finishing her postgraduate Masters programme ICE (International Choreographic Exchange) at SEAD, she has been working as a freelance dancer, choreographer and soundpainter. She has danced for many choreographers and international companies and has also worked with many multidisciplinary artists for her own projects such as Rush Hour, all around Europe and America. As of 2010, Ceren has been creating Dance Theatre for children (1,5 - 6 years) and touring with her pieces around Europe. Ceren works with singers and bands, primarily as a singer or back vocalist. She likes to use her singing and voice improvisation skills and often combines dance and live voice in her creations. At the moment she is based in Munich and travels regularly to perform and to hold workshops for children and adults all around the world.
