Contextualisation
A context and scene setting session to understand the importance of the theme of this meeting for both IETM and its partners in Wales. Presentations of the local arts scene by local representatives will offer participants insights into deep-rooted arts and culture in rural Wales. They will be followed by a summary by Henk Keizer of the conversations he moderated in IETM meetings in Brussels, Porto and Cairo on arts in rural areas on which the Satellite Wales will build on.
