In the face of globalisation, cities see their values and identity erode and their internal sources of economic, social, political and cultural development brutally subjected to powers beyond their control. However, experience shows that certain territories do better than others by resisting, adapting and even reinventing themselves.
In this working session, join us as we discuss how certain cities have transformed to offer spaces for experimentation to engage citizens in new forms of participation, building economic, social or environmental resilience.
