The planet of us
As performing arts professionals, citizens and human beings, what can we do, in all our different contexts and realities, to be part of and thrive in the natural environment while minimising our impact?
‘Punctuated equilibria’ is an evolutionary theory which proposes that evolutionary shift occurs most rapidly from the periphery. In the context of rapid global warming, environmental degradation and market driven ‘extraction’ mentalities, this session is an exercise in peripheral thinking and listening as a way of galvanising us into generating shift and to understanding practices of adaptation that can lay the groundwork for transformation.
Join us for this open forum to exchange on your respective green practices and debate on what concrete actions IETM, as an organisation and a network, can take to generate potential, possibilities, coherence and strategies to achieve transformation at scale.
