„I am not my job“ –  the novel / movie „Fight Club“  negotiates the role of work in the creation of identity. The performance adapts these processes and shows how fast a special kind of group can form. The first rule of Fight Club: Do not talk about Fight Club.After touring Spain and Taiwan with this piece, post theater has created a new version for Berlin.

A multi-media-performance by post theater [new york / berlin / tokyo] with 30 anonymous choreographers. Directed by Hiroko Tanahashi and Max Schumacher.

In this interpretation all images of a fixed character as idea of a realistic individual are being abandoned. The given characters of this play are being used by the players merely as strategic options for a certain attitude and behaviour - which they can adopt, neglect, swap or barter anytime the rules permit them to. Georg Schareggs production reduces the "comedy for serious people"s personel to 4 dead-serious players behind their double amount in characters. Pleasant Entertainment!
