The fifth edition of IETM Campus, organised in partnership with Eleusis European Capital of Culture 2021, was a week of intensive training in all aspects of international working. It was a great opportunity for a group of 27 participants to start internationalising their careers guided by the key players in the international performing arts field.

A group of experienced tutors shared their knowledge on various topics of international working: from intercultural communication, negotiating, funding and planning, to dealing with press and public. Thanks to a limited number of places, participants received personal attention to their specific situations.

Profile of participants: performing arts professionals with at least two years of professional experience in the contemporary arts field, taking their first steps in the world of international exchange. They can be freelancers,  working for an organisation that is starting to work internationally or working in an organisation aiming to enhance their practice.
