During our last session, all the inspiration we could gather from our colleagues will find its culmination point. Either individually or with co-workers, we will create prototypes for how our organisation/ practice could look like when implementing a fair practice principle or example. 

These prototypes will be shared in small feedback groups, where we will help each other in to identify the first steps we can take towards these futures.

This session has been conceived by Ingrid Vranken, Independent Dramaturg, Curator and Artist based in Brussels and will be led by a group of moderators.
