Artistic city trip - National Theatre of Scotland

Experiences

In less than 5 years, the National Theatre of Scotland has established itself as an international powerhouse. A national ‘theatre without walls’, the Company has no performance space of its own, but instead, working out of Glasgow offices and rehearsal space, opens and tours shows throughout the length and breadth of Scotland and beyond. This trip will be an opportunity to meet the key staff of the organisation, including Artistic Director, Vicky Featherstone. In addition, there will be a chance to sit in on a development rehearsal of a new piece about disability, written and directed by Pol Heyvaert (Victoria, Campo). The Company will also present a short piece of existing work and invite guests to join them in a glass of wine.
