The local Plenary meeting in Yerevan, Armenia, will be organised by our member HIGH FEST - International Performing Arts Festival. In light of the current situation in Armenia, please follow the updates about the Festival on its Facebook page.
Given current travel restrictions, the physical meeting in Yerevan will focus on gathering mainly the Armenian performing arts community. We encourage international participants to choose another location or to follow the event online.
Introduction by the local host
HIGH FEST International Performing Arts Festival was established in 2003. It is organised by Armenian Actors Union NGO. "HIGH FEST" International Performing Arts Festival gives a great opportunity for Armenian audiences to get in touch with the values of world performing arts. The organisers aim to bring to Yerevan the best and most innovative companies, presenting the rich palette of worldwide art. At the same time, the Festival promotes Armenian Culture in the international area making it closer to the world of the performing arts. Over the past ten years the Festival has significantly expanded and has drawn international attention.
High Fest has been a member of IETM since it’s very beginning and was one of the main partners in the 2017 IETM Caravan in the Caucasus. This 1st of October, High Fest and IETM collaborate once again and combine the opening of the festival with the first day of IETM’s Multi-location Plenary Meeting.
Registrations for this physical local meeting closed on 30 September. You can still join the full online programme.
