Rewiring the Network has been our year-long trajectory, examining how we, as a network and as a sector, can change our existing methods and habits and discover new ways to work together, internationally. We have approached sustainability in a holistic way: from an artistic, ecological, social, human and economic point of view.

Throughout 2020, in collaboration with IDEA Consult, we worked on the Rewiring strategy. To make it, we conducted a large survey, issued five written episodes and hosted two large-scale brainstorm sessions with our membership.  

We launched the final Rewiring report, which summarises the main insights and learnings from our trajectory. As we believe the journey does not end there, and invited our members to join us on 24 March for an online discussion on the outcomes of the Rewiring trajectory, what should be put in focus and set our priorities towards a more sustainable future. 

To enable as many as possible of our members from across the globe to attend, we will hosted two identitcal sessions on 24 March:

In both sessions, Joris Janssens, Expert from IDEA Consult, introduced briefly the outcomes of Rewiring. Afterwards, members could then take the floor under the moderation of Ása Richardsdóttir, Secretary General of IETM.
