How can we exchange in a context of economic inequality?
The Mediterranean area is going through a big change. The north side struggles to get out of the crisis and the geopolitic changes of the south side are having a strong impact on the landscape. This situation sets a challenge between professionals, who no longer have the same resources to do their work. In this context, how can we develop exchanges, within Europe and elsewhere? How can we get out of the mercantile/exporter vision that doesn't take into account the economic inequality between project developpers?
