The third edition of IETMCampus was a week of intensive training in all aspects of international working. It was a great opportunity for a group of 22 participants to start internationalising their careers guided by the key players in the international performing arts field.
A group of experienced tutors shared their knowledge on various topics of international working: from intercultural communication, negotiating, funding and planning, to dealing with censorship, press and public. Thanks to a limited number of places, participants received personal attention to their specific situations.
InTeatroFestival, a founding member of IETM, was the generous host of IETMCampus in Villa Nappi in Polverigi - the actual birthplace of the network.
Profile of participants: performing arts professionals with at least two years of professional experience in the contemporary performing arts field, taking their first steps in the world of international exchange. They can be freelancers, artists or employees of cultural organisations.
