Address: 39 Rue Adolphe Lavallée / Adolphe Lavalléestraat, 1080 Molenbeek | Event Map | Venue Accessibility Many of us have been confronted with professional situations which are unfair. And most of us have already undertaken actions to improve and push towards fairer conditions in our local contexts. During our first workshop, we will split up in working groups to share and map our most urgent issues regarding fair practices and discuss good practices we have observed or tried out. This session has been conceived by Ingrid Vranken, Independent Dramaturg, Curator and Artist based in Brussels and will be led by a group of moderators. Group Moderators Anikó Rácz, Sín - Arts and Culture Centre, Hungary Cristina Carlini, Marche Teatro/Inteatro, Italy Görkem Acaroğlu, Theatre and interdisciplinary Artist, Australia Harriet Macauley, InDance International - IDI, Spain Inga Remeta, Gledališče Glej, Slovenia Noémie Vanden Haezevelde, Réseau des Arts à Bruxelles [RAB], Belgium Pippa Bailey, Producer/Director, Australia Rachel Feuchtwang, SCHWEIGMAN&, Netherlands Sepehr Sharifzadeh, NH THEATER AGENCY, Iran |

We don’t always have the freedom to do the right thing but out of necessity, sometimes, we are able to reshuffle some pieces of the puzzle around to place our values at the centre of our working models. We have invited the Brussels based artist and activist Anna Rispoli to share her thoughts on solidarity and to open our afternoon with an inspiring example. Speaker Anna Rispoli, Artist, Belgium Moderator Justine Maxelon, dancer and performer, Belgium This session will be captioned and broadcasted online. |

In our working groups we will look into these fair practice examples, analyse and discuss them and identify our learnings. Address: 39 Rue Adolphe Lavallée / Adolphe Lavalléestraat, 1080 Molenbeek | Event Map | Venue Accessibility During our last session, all the inspiration we could gather from our colleagues will find its culmination point. Either individually or with co-workers, we will create prototypes for how our organisation/ practice could look like when implementing a fair practice principle or example. These prototypes will be shared in small feedback groups, where we will help each other in to identify the first steps we can take towards these futures.
