In the new IETM publication, Katja Praznik - Associate Professor of the University of Buffalo, USA, reflects on the power of the collective organisation of art workers to enforce better working conditions in the arts.
On the occasion of our very first IETM Innovate Cultural Policy Event, we wanted to involve the whole membership in a collective reflection by answering the question "What are the three things about your working conditions that you would like to change tomorrow, if you could?" via an online survey.
The survey was open to IETM members until 12 January 2023.
The outcome of this survey will be presented and discussed during the IETM Innovate Cultural Policy Event.
