Participation Fees - Late Fee
If you register after 15 May 2024 17:00 CEST, the following participation fees apply:
Late Fee - IETM Members
Applicable to all members, including the first representative: €100 per participant
Late Fee - Non-members
Organisations and independent workers based outside of Bulgaria
Regardless of annual turnover: €300 per participant
Disabled artists and cultural workers: €50 per participant
Late Fee - Local non-members
Organisations and independent workers based in Bulgaria
Regardless of annual turnover: €40 per participant
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your registration at any moment. However, if you have already paid your registration fee and wish to be reimbursed, please inform us by sending us an email at ietm@ietm.org before Thursday 30 May 2024.
