Our Single Day Event during the Biennales Internationales du Spectacle in Nantes brought together representatives of independent performing arts production companies from across Europe and beyond with the aim of exchanging and sharing insights in order to better understand the ecosystems in which they are embedded.
This hands-on workshop was shaped around three axes:
- Mapping production offices in Europe;
- Cooperation frameworks in the performing arts ecosystem: relations between production offices, artists, places, and institutions;
- Human resources models: working conditions, status, employment.
This event was an initiative of our member LA MAGNANERIE / MAG.I.C International Cooperation, and was organised by Think Prod, a network of eleven French production organisations representing more than fifty employees and ninety companies that are involved in theatre, dance, new circus, and art in the public space.
